How To Train Breathing

1. Chest Breathing

Chest breathing takes place in two stages, namely:
Inspiration, occurs when the muscle between the ribs out of contract, the rib cage lifted, the volume of the chest cavity enlarges, the lungs expand, so the air pressure becomes less than atmospheric air, so the incoming air.
Expiratory, occurs when the muscle between the ribs outside relaxes, the ribs will be attracted to its original position, the chest cavity volume decreases, the air pressure of the chest cavity increases, the air pressure in the lungs is higher than atmospheric air, consequently the air out..

2. Abdominal breathing

Abdominal breathing takes place in two stages, namely:
Inspiration, occurs when the diaphragm muscle to contract, resulting in a horizontal diaphragm enlarges the volume of chest cavity so that air pressure decreases and followed that inflates the lungs resulting in lower air pressure than atmospheric air pressure and air intake.
Expiration, the diaphragm muscle begins with relaxation and abdominal wall muscles contract causing the diaphragm lifted and arched pressing the chest cavity, chest cavity so that the volume decreases and pressure increases so that the air in their lungs out.
Abdominal breathing generally occurs during sleep.

GAS EXCHANGE MECHANISM
Freight O2
Gas exchange between O2 with CO2 occurs in the alveoli and the tissues of the body, through a process of diffusion. Oxygen reaches the alveoli will diffuse through the alveolar membrane and binds to hemoglobin (Hb) in the blood called oxyhemoglobin deoxygenation and produce compounds (HBO) as the following reaction:

Approximately 97% of oxygen in the form of oxyhemoglobin compounds, only 2-3% soluble in blood plasma will be carried by the blood throughout the body tissues, and will further release occurred by diffusion of oxygen from the blood into body tissues, such as the following reaction:

Transport of CO2
Carbon dioxide (CO2) produced from the cell respiration process will diffuse into the blood which would then be transported to the lungs for expulsion as breathing air.

There are 3 (three) ways of transporting CO 2:
As the carbonate ion (HCO 3), approximately 60-70%.
As karbominohemoglobin (HbCO2), about 25%.
As carbonic acid (H2CO3) approximately 60-10%.

Abdominal Breathing.

Sounds that we remove it through the mouth, are ultimately driven by the breath we breathe inside our body cavity. The quality of the breath we exhale (Exhale) is highly dependent of the way we insert or draw a breath (inhale) through your nose. Shortness of breath will result in a broken voice, panting and volume are not constant.

The length of this short breath, determined by the correct breath collection technique. When the breath we breathe, put in their chest cavity, then the result is shortness of breath. But when we used to inhale and then store it in the stomach, undoubtedly we would be breathing deep and even. This is called abdominal breathing techniques, and is a common way used in the world of sound though. Manner that is also applied by the perpetrators of yoga and meditation.

Why do we have to get used to using abdominal breathing technique? Because the truth is, instinctively, we breathe with the belly breathing technique. Try just watch people who are sleeping on your back, stomach will look up and down as he did inhale and Exhale.

Similarly, if a person is under stress, usually unconsciously he'll sigh with deep abdominal breathing techniques. Conditions in the subconscious is a condition or instinctive instinctive. So, train abdominal breathing, is tantamount to restore our instincts, our reflexes. Try Again notice when you wake up (with the sleep quality of course), you will feel your voice is heavier, more rounded.

Now, terlentanglah on the bed of a flat without a pillow. Straight body from head to toe. Hand supine. Close your eyes slowly, then inhale slowly through your mouth, save for a moment inside the abdominal cavity. After that exhales through the mouth, too slowly. Do that many times, while thanking God for giving free oxygen to sustain life and provide energy for the spirit.

This way also you can do while standing, or sitting relaxed with your back straight. When this deep abdominal breathing technique you enjoy fully, gradually you will feel the muscles in your body relax. So the stress was eliminated. Side effects, you will be sleepy. That's all right. Sleeping alone. Sleep is also God's grace can make us fresh. But if you can, do not always sleep, because you're practicing breathing techniques.

Never store the breath in the chest, because it will only cause your lungs to work extra hard. Lung function only as a respirator or respiratory pumping. Let the chest cavity into the path just inhale and Exhale. The task of saving and encourages us to give breath to the abdomen, the largest cavity in the human body.

If you've managed to train yourself to a system of deep abdominal breathing (abdominal / belly breathing system), try to exhale now stored in the stomach was accompanied by the sound of A, O, U or I over-long, until reserves breath in your belly exhausted. Do not shout. Say the vowel letters do with the fundamental tone, in one breath. Do it repeatedly. Inhale through your nose, along its length. Save for a moment in the stomach. Then exhale with a sound like the above.
